On 31 December 2016, the Worldwide Postgraduate Analysis Scholarship (IPRS) ceased and was changed by the Analysis Coaching Program (RTP) from 1 January 2017.  The RTP gives block grants, on a calendar 12 months foundation, to increased training suppliers (HEPs) to help each home and abroad college students enterprise Analysis Doctorate and Analysis Masters levels, generally known as increased levels by analysis (HDRs).
